Crank hub friction plates starting to slip and finally breaking is the most well-known reliability issue on the S55 engines fitted to the BMW M3 F80 / M4 F8x and M2 Competition. Affecting both standard and tuned engines, this weakness can cause extremely serious damages to the engine. In order to fix this, MMR Performance offers this one piece crank hub kit coming with the capture adaptor plate, both taking place without any modifications to support extreme power !
